Colonial

I thought you might like to see this pretty colonial day dress and hop-sack shawl. Ribbon ties in the back close and adjust the dress, mob cap and apron. While the dress is a broadcloth print, the apron & mob cap are a good quality unbleached muslin. When Felicity was here visiting my girls, Ruthie wore this dress to their lessons and said she fit in just fine with the other colonials. Ruthie particularly likes the fine ecru lace and olive ribbon trim. Black walking boots finish off the outfit.
I wouldn't recommend this outfit for the very young unless there is a patient adult nearby to tie the ribbon closures.

Sunnie Sensation

Yellow and orchid are perfect compliments in this lovely sleeveless dress. An orchid organza half slip makes the outfit very special. A Lovely Bit of History

Felicity is visiting me this week and she inspired me to make this lavender day dress and mob cap. This is a great dress for her music lessons to a light tea. The fabrics are cotton broadcloth and polyester lace. The pantaloons are not exactly historically correct, but they are very cute are are of a cotton/linen blend. The complete outfit includes the dress, pantaloons, reticule, shawl, mob cap and shoes for $25.00. Drop me an email if you would prefer a shift or petticoat to the pantaloons.

S'more Bunnies!

Here's the second selection of my Easter collection. I noticed that this is a really popular fabric - what can I say, it is really cute, who can resist it? So, Jessie has on a bunny-filled sundress with a cover shrug. The bow sash velcros in the back and can double as a hair band if you're so inclined. the pink blossom sandals are by Sophia's ® and are included in the price of $18.00

Bunny Time

Everyone would like her girl to have a special Easter dress, so I'm going to post a couple in the next few days to see if your dolly likes them. This one is a really pretty periwinkle check with hopping bunnies and carrots. the fabric is a cotton / poly blend so to keep crisp looking. You can see how nicely the trim matches and sets off the color. Dotted Swiss of polyester makes the shrug very dressy. Ruthie also has on shoes and a handbag to complete the outfit. The complete set you see here is $20.00 and includes the sundress, shrug, handbag and .... yes even those adorable shoes if I can get Ruthie to let me sell them.... That Ruthie!

Swirls & Hearts

This is a lovely set for dress or fun. The capris are made of polyester crepe, so you know they are going to wear well and look super with any top your doll already has. A blouson top is made of cotton blend and embellished with organdy ribbon, heart buttons and beads echoed in the hair band. Josephina said to let you know that the top has a full velcro back opening and the capris have an elastic waist. I think a black skirt would look cute with this top too.
