Lighten up!

With the warmer weather starting to dot the USA, your dolly will be looking for some light weight clothing to enjoy during the hot months ahead. This breezy dress is made of excellent light weight fabric for a sundress of sky blue cotton with scattered kites,  their bright tails fluttering. I detailed the ruffled trim with woven blue gingham piping and bows.  Amelia's sundresses closes in the back with velcro, and a secured bow.  Her shrug is white pique lined with blue gingham showing in the tiny lapels. Interchangeable bows of gingham and the kite print clip into the white pique covered plastic hairband.  Amie's shoes are white patent look with a velcro strap and roses on the vamp.

A Little Bit of Lovely

Lydia wants you to know that you really don't have to buy this dress.  She will be very happy to keep wearing it for a while!  I liked the fabric the minute I saw it, and was glad to see it turn out so well.  The weight of the mossy green, magic wand cotton print is well suited to the full hand hemmed skirt.  White grosgrain polyester ribbon is at the waist of the lined bodice.  There is a back velcro closure and secured bow.  What really sets this dress off is the removable white shawl collar with eyelet trim.   I made a very versatile elastic hair band that can double as a scrunchie too. Bright pink dotty pumps are the finishing touch.

Big bright flowers are just the thing for little Addy to show off for you.  This stunning sundress of cotton / polyester blend fabric features a lined, fitted bodice, a full hand hemmed skirt, back closure of vlecro, and secured bow at the back waist. A wide, fabric covered plastic headband matches the dress and simple white pumps complete the outfit.

Leave it to Amelia to pick out one of our cutest sets to show you!   She has on a floral print cotton seersucker, short cut tank top with an eyelet neck ruffle and back velcro opening.   Her hip rise cut-off pants are cotton -poly weavers cloth with a sewn in cuff, elastic waist, belt loops and ribbon tie.  Amie really loves her foam platform surf sandals by Sophia's® in bright pink.

This little sundress is as sweet as it looks.  The simplicity of pattern design is a great compliment to the cotton fabric cup cake print shown off by the flared circle skirt.  The tie shouldered bodice is lined with polyester woven gingham, and closes in the back with velcro.  To give the skirt even more flair, I've included a polyester taffeta half-slip with lace trim and elastic waist.
