Here's a bright little dress to spiff up your dolly's summer wardrobe.  This pink cotton dress has a printed check design, fully lined bodice, hand applied daisy trim, and embroidered trim at the waist.  The back closure is velcro with a secured eyelet bow. The back opens completely for ease of dressing.  The sparkly mesh half slip can double as a tutu when your dolly likes to play dress-up.  To complete this special dress, I made a headband of fabric covered plastic to match.

Who could pass up this fluffy pinky dress?  Your dolly will absolutely love this blend of  soft pinks made into a sundress with a full back opening, velcro closure and bedecked with ruffles,  lace, ribbons and posies.  As if the dress wasn't enough to tempt your wallet, I also trimmed a lovely little hat with a stretchy lace band and a floral bow then applied my glue gun to the flowers on a pair of sandals.  Get ready to take your dolly for a stroll, because she will want to show off her new "Pinkerbelle" status!

The sun may not be shining, but this sleeveless dress will brighten up the cloudy days for your dolly. Your dolly will love this flirty skirt and sparkle top.  The skirt is my version of a 3-pleat back wrap with a velcro closure in a nice bottom weight fabric.  It is hand hemmed and has a lined yoke.  That super cute top is fully lined and has a back velcro closure. I added a black belt for that sassy touch.  This set is really a treat for the budding fashionista who can try many ways to wear this skirt, top and belt.  Also included is a fabric covered plastic head band.

Here's a bright new dress for your dolly's closet from My Dolly's Closet!  This lively cotton sundress dress has a full back opening and a velcro closure.  I lined the bodice and made a fluffy tulle half slip. The dress speaks for itself - "I'm Cute!"  In addition to this dress and slip your dolly will also receive a matching hair band and black patten-look bow pumps for $29.00.

Don't forget this dress when your dolly is planning a special occasion this spring and summer.  She will love the quality of this light weight cotton print with it's delicately flocked texture.  The hand hemmed dress is completely lined, has a full back opening, velcro closure and secured straps.  To chase the chill on a breezy day, I made a lined shrug with top stitching.  Ann accessorized her outfit, with hand made jewelry on stretchy mono-filament with a lobster clasp on the necklace and a matching hair band.  White bow pumps complete her forget-me-not outfit.

A dress to enjoy

I couldn't wait to post this dress!  It's a relatively new pattern from 'Crabapples' and - let me just say.... fantastic!  Elegant construction, timely tips and super instructions and, best of all, it fits right the first time.   

About the dress - the body of the soft peach floral garment is 100% cotton but the mossy green collar & piping was a remnant that I think has some rayon in it - silky & textureous (my special word for interesting fabric) and I liked it with the dress fabric.  The sash is free floating, so your dolly can wear the bow where she likes it - front, back or side.  Both the sash and the dress itself have velcro closures.  In addition to the dress, I made a matching hair band.  Though you can't see it very well, the dress is filled out with yards of mossy tulle in a half slip with an elastic waist.  I topped off Meggie's lovely dress with delicate ivory shoes that have a little flower and velcro strap.
