Miss Meggie is getting ready for the holidays at with this snappy skirt and a top with a sparkle. The handmade skirt features an elastic waist, plenty of fullness to make it easy to pull on, tiny pom-pom trim, and attached tulle.  The purchased top is custom embellished with an applique and adhesive gems, has a full back opening and snap closure.  To complete her snazzy outfit, Meggie picked out a pair of pop-pom bow clips.

I do not recommend this outfit for very young ladies who might pull off the gems and create a choking hazard.

It's a Deer Dress!

Here is a holiday dress & hat your dolly will deerly love!  The bright green fabric with prancing little deer is a cotton poly blend and great body and built in smiles.  Nellie's dress features banded sleeves, a full back opening, velcro closure and floating sash with secured bow and velcro close.  Both had and sash are made of cotton baby whale corduroy.  Bodice and hat are fully lined.

This dainty woven plaid is just right for the holidays.  The circular skirt is hand hemmed and topped by a plush panné bodice trimmed with plastic holly leaves, organdy ribbon and pearls.  I added a little body to the dress with a tulle half slip with elastic waist.  The back of the dress opens completely and has a velcro closure.    The bow at the back of the dress is fixed in place - no tying needed.  To make this a special holiday treat, I made a plaid hair wreath of organdy ribbon and poinsettias.

A Dress for all Seasons

This is just a dandy dress that your dolly will beg you to wear.  It's made of a light weight cotton, in a tan floral pattern with a pattered dot collar and a dusty pink tucked pin tuck inset, sash and sleeve binding.  The back of this dress opens completely for ease of dressing, and has a velcro closure.  Since the sash is free floating, the bow can be worn however your dolly likes.  Though it doesn't show too much, there is also a toast colored tulle half slip to add some body to the skirt.  The darling matching shoes are from Sophia's®, so you know they are quality foot wear.  No matter the season or occasion, when your dolly is ready to dress up a bit, this is the perfect dress.

Happy Harvest Dress

Meggie and I scooted out between the raindrops to bring you this bright harvest dress.  The problem in trying to give you a nice picture of this dress and shrug is that both intensely hued cotton fabrics have a fine glitter treatment and the lighting tends to reflect off the surface.  Let me just assure you that the colors of this outfit are just stunning. 

The sleeveless dress has a full back opening, velcro closure, lined bodice, double, hiked skirt and gold tulle attached skirt.  The harvest gold shrug is lined and matches the underskirt and hair band.

Just Peachy

Plaid is Pretty

Get your dolly ready for fall and winter with this pretty little jumper and shirt.  The red based plaid fabric for the jumper is homespun cotton with a bit of polyester for body and resilience.  The bodice is completely lined, the full back opening has a velcro closure.  I also made a matching fabric covered plastic hair band to match the jumper.  I did not make the t-shirt, but it is of very good quality with a full back opening and velcro closure and a ruffle edged hem,

The jumper and headband are $16.  The t-shirt is $7.  If you would also like the saddle shoes and knee socks, they are$10.  The entire set is $30.00.  Please let me know if you would like me to change the post to include more than the jumper and headband.
