The blouse has a full back velcro closure, elastic sleeves, hemmed bottom, and finished neckline featuring black rick rack and appliqued flower. The skirt is hand hemmed, an elastic waistline and comes with a black satin ribbon sash. A handy little clutch bag is included as well as a fabric covered plastic headband especially sized for 23 inch dolls.
