Both garments are 100% cotton prints.  The shorts have side velcro openings, an elastic back and cross over shoulder straps with velcro fastening to the front bib.  The shorts are completely lined and the hemline cuff can be folded down if desired. This little cutie's blouse has a full back opening and velcro closure.her head band is stretchy elastic.
