Be happy being blue!

As most my pals know - I love polka dots.  This skirt combines one of my hundred favorite colors,  one of my 30 favorite patterns, and .... polka dots, there fore  - I love this set!  The skirt is based on a pattern by Pixie Fair, I just added more flair to the flair.  It has an elastic waist and is made of cotton and poly tulle.  The top is a lined tank with eyelet neck ruffle, full back opening and velcro closure. 

To put this spunky little outfit in your dolly's closet, buy the skirt, top and hairband for a mere $18.00. If you want the shoes included, I will amend the listing  to add them for $7.00.
