Audrey is feeling very feminine today in her banded skirt of pinks and a lightly embroidered peasant style blouse.  The skirt with its bands of trim is cotton and has an elastic waist with a cotton braid unattached tie.  Audrey's top is a cotton-poly blend with polyester embroidery.  It has a full back opening, bound sleeves and neckline, and a velcro closure.  Pink clippie hair bows and bow pumps complete her very fem outfit of today.

A bit of brightness

I don't usually pick things that are orange - well, except oranges!  :)  I saw this fabric, and it was in my hand before I realized what color it was, and then I couldn't wait to sew it up.  So, here you have the lovely light orange cotton print with ivory butterflies and cocoa highlights made into a yoked skirt.  The hand hemmed skirt has an elastic waist with belt loops to hold the cocoa polyester ribbon tie in place.  To compliment the skirt, I made a t-shirt based on a Liberty Jane pattern, out of ivory cotton single knit with confetti sparkles .  The dragon fly and orange trim are ironed on and not recommended for toddler's dolls. The t-shirt has a full back opening and velcro closure. A fabric covered plastic hair band and custom designed shoes complete this playful set.

Every so often, I take a break from making dolly clothes to make something else that tickles my fancy....

These ID or Badge holders are a new idea for me.  They are made of colorful cotton fabric and reinforced with polyester grosgrain ribbon.  Total length is 20 inches with the clasp, 18 inches for the cloth part. 

While I have several made that are ready for immediate shipping, I an willing to take requests (Nope - I do NOT take orders, just ask my husband!) for other colors, or themes, and will try to have them available on line for approval with in a week.
