The sun may not be shining, but this sleeveless dress will brighten up the cloudy days for your dolly. The sprightly palate of colors grace a cotton poly blend in a full, hand hemmed skirt and an underskirt with a peek out ruffle.  The bodice is fully lined with a velcro closure and complete back opening.  I also made a matching fabric wrapped plastic hair band to go with the dress.
