What a fun outfit to have for spring and summer!  This short skirt features a fitted, wide hip band, velcro closure in the back, full opening, three stitched pleats, hand hemming - and plenty of cupcakes.  Sallie's baby pink, wonderfully sized, boat-neck T-shirt is hand made based on a "Liberty Jane" pattern.  It also has a full back opening and velcro closure.  It features a sparkly cherry applique. Can we say.... "Trendy???"  To complete her ensemble, Sallie choose a sequined hair band, lace ruffled, pink cotton socks and white leather-look shoes.
