Plaid and Pretty

As a young girl, I always loved the feel and the sound of taffeta. This crisp, smooth black and white polyester plaid is perfect for a dressy skirt and blouse set to wear to a party or recital. Pair the skirt with a polyester and cotton blend blouse with elegant embroidered swirls and tasteful silver thread and you have a wonderfully versatile outfit. The yoked skirt had belt loops that hold the sequin belt in place.  The skirt has an elastic waist; the blouse and belt have back velcro openings.
